PAYMENTS

  • WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED MODES OF PAYMENT?

We accept the following modes of payment:

PayPal

PayPal is a payment method which allows users to have an easy and convenient shopping experience It offers a fast, safe and easy method of payment without disclosing your credit card or other financial information to the merchant. 

No PayPal account? You can sign up for a FREE PayPal account here.

Bank Transfer (For Singapore orders ONLY)

Once you have completed your order, you will receive instructions on how to make the payment via Bank Transfer/PayNow. You may then contact us via Facebook, Instagram, Online Customer Support or email to send us the proof of payment. We will then process your order accordingly once we have verify your payment.

  • WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME GIVEN IF IF I CHOOSE BANK TRANSFER AS THE PAYMENT METHOD?

You will be given up to 24 hours to make payment via Bank Transfer/PayNow. Failing to do so, your order will be cancelled.

  • WHERE DO I APPLY THE VOUCHER CODE?

Enter the voucher code that you have on the checkout page. Please be sure that the voucher code is still valid and use before its expiry. Also, take note of the various types of voucher code.

For example,

  • Some voucher codes can only be used with a minimum spending. 
  • Some voucher codes can only be used for certain item collections.
  • Some voucher codes can only be used within a certain period of time.
  • Some voucher codes are only for new customers where it is only applicable for a one-time use.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

For Singapore Orders

  • WHICH LOGISTIC COMPANY WILL BE HANDLING OUR ORDERS?

For Singapore orders, we engage Singapore Post (SingPost) which is the pioneering and leading logistic company to handle most orders. We also engage our reliable partner courier company at times to ensure that your order reaches your doorstep.

  • WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS THAT YOU HAVE?

We offer Normal Mail (without tracking details), Registered Mail (with tracking details), SmartPac Delivery and Courier Delivery.

On average, it takes about 2-5 working days for your item(s) to reach you. When there is a high volume of orders, it may even take up to 14 working days. Don't worry. You will be notified once your item(s) has/have been mailed out. 

There are several contributing factors to the slow delivery time. On festive seasons, most logistics company will be heavily engaged with their delivery process.

  • WHY IS IT TAKING TOO LONG FOR MY ITEM(S) TO ARRIVE?

Please make sure that the delivery address that you have provided is accurate. 

We will NOT be responsible if a package is undelivered because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. 

We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase.

Do keep in mind that some of our products are being stored in the warehouses and fulfilment centres based overseas. Hence, it will take some time.

Nevertheless, we strive to provide a quality service to our valued customers. Hence, we make it a point to conduct a thorough quality check on all orders to ensure customer's satisfaction.

  • THE DELIVERY STATUS INDICATED 'ITEM DELIVERED' BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY PARCEL.

Throughout the years, we have had customers who encountered such experience.

We advise you to double check with your family members if they have received the parcel on your behalf or even the Registered Article Delivery Advice (a paper slip which you'll need when you self-collect the parcel at the post office).

In addition, you may want to check your letterbox, dry riser, electrical riser, etc.

We are saying this as it happened to our customers and it's really beyond us.

For International Orders

We engage highly reputable logistics company such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, Aramex, TNT, DPEX and more.

Shipping details such as courier options, delivery speed, shipping fee will be reflected during checkout process before payment. Estimated tax/duty fee will also be shown.

Customers are responsible for paying all costs associated with importing the order, including all taxes, fees and/or duties. Import fees will be billed to you by courier company or any 3rd party contractor fulfilling your shipment. The listed shipping cost covers the cost of shipping only.

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer exchanges or refunds for international orders, including orders for which you are unable or unwilling to pay the additional duties and taxes which your government requires.

 

TAX & DUTIES

For International Orders

Customers are responsible for paying all costs associated with importing the order, including all taxes, fees and/or duties. Import fees will be billed to you by courier company or any 3rd party contractor fulfilling your shipment. The listed shipping cost covers the cost of shipping only.

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer exchanges or refunds for international orders, including orders for which you are unable or unwilling to pay the additional duties and taxes which your government requires.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGE

  • I'VE MADE AN ORDER BUT I'VE CHANGED MY MIND AND WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER. CAN I?

You're unable to cancel your order. 

Most of the time, we try to process your order once you've made a purchase. This is done so as to avoid a backlog which will eventually affect other customers as well. 

We seek your understanding on this matter.

  • IT HAS BEEN QUITE SOME TIME AND I'VE YET TO RECEIVE MY ITEM(S). CAN I GET A REFUND?

First of all, we HIGHLY recommend that you opt for a delivery option that is trackable such as the Registered Mail, SmartPac Delivery and Courier Delivery.

At the very least, we will be able to assist and facilitate you in tracking of the parcel.

As the Normal Mail is not trackable, we will NOT be responsible if the parcel does not reach you.

We will NOT be able to issue a refund if you opt for the Normal Mail.

If you opt for the Normal Mail, you may request for a photo shot of the parcel where the stamp has been pasted.
